THE POEM : ENVY

ENVY
Ziff! It ran more than speed
Ziff!! Again, in another direction more than speed
Ziff!!! It ran; hit my feets in the dim dark
It looked at me for half a split seconds
I looked back, bent but it was gone
At the speed of wave.
It was afraid, but I jerked
It knows the gory tales of woes and hell
Unleashed from a miscalculated run and
By a wrong turn, and
Through poisoned crumbs and fierce smashes
Ziff! It ran again, without hit, more than speed
I saw it, bent
Not to unleashed the predetermined hell
But to tell it that
I ENVY HIM!
